Maritime Museum reopens on Wednesday

The Maritime Museum, which was temporarily closed earlier due to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, will reopen starting from 4 March 2020. In response to the prevention and control efforts made by the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region, all visitors entering the Museum are required to wear their own face masks, receive temperature checks and present their personal health declarations for the day. Once the Museum reopens, visitors are advised to cope with the implementation of restriction on visitor flow and regular cleaning.

In addition, as currently group visits are not encouraged to avoid crowd gathering, the “application for free visit to the Maritime Museum” and “application for group ticket discounts of Maritime Museum” will remain suspended until further notice. The Maritime Museum opens daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (no admission after 5:30 p.m.) and closes on Tuesdays.
