Islands District Public Services Centre relocated to Macao Government Services Centre in Islands

To comply with the policy of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government, the Islands District Public Services Centre of the Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) has been relocated to the “Municipal Affairs” Zone in Macao Government Services Centre in Islands situated in Rua de Coimbra, n.º 225, 3.˚ andar, Taipa from April 1, 2021, to continue with provision of services to the public.

About 90 items of municipal service are provided in the “Municipal Affairs” Zone, including procedures for processing import license/declaration and advance booking for inspection, license for placement of long-term advertisements and signboards, license for advertisements on vehicles, issue of hawker license, payment of fines (accusation letter) for violation of "General Regulations Governing Public Places", receiving and handling complaints and suggestions related to municipal affairs, etc. Inter-departmental services, such as issue of certificate and written report of property registration, application of withdrawal of funds from non-mandatory central provident fund system, contributions of the arbitrary system, application for Senior Citizens Card and My Government Account of Macao SAR, etc., may be processed in other service zones in Macao Government Services Centre in Islands to provide simple, convenient and quick one-stop service to the public.

The office hours of the centre are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (no lunch break). The centre is closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. For enquiries, please call 2882 5252 or visit the Public Services Centres website www.cpsp.gov.mo.
