Following the introduction of online system for managing information of members of the leadership structure and online application for the Certificate of Association and Foundation, the Identification Services Bureau (DSI) strives to further improve services related to the registration of association and foundation. Starting from 30th September 2021, DSI launched an online enquiry service for association and foundation office-holders’ information. Residents can now check the latest status of their position taken in different associations or foundations in Macao by electronic means.

Office-holders of association or foundation can make the enquiry through the “Common Access to Public Services of the Macao SAR” mobile application, DSI’s website (www.dsi.gov.mo) or self-service kiosks. If the association or foundation did not submit minutes of the meeting to elect members of the leadership structure to DSI, the office-holders will not be able to check their information due to the absence of relevant records in DSI.
