Cumulatively 21 pools of ten samples are preliminary positive; residents queuing at respective locations at about the same time may conduct rapid antigen test once or receive another NAT for free


The Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre stated that during the mass testing period, a cumulative total of 21 tubes of 10-in-1 mixed samples have been tested positive in both initial testing and re-testing; further testing on single-sample basis is underway. The 21 tubes of samples concerned were collected at the following NAT stations and times:

  1. Venetian Cotai Arena A, B and C: around 12:30 on 19 June;
  2. Keang Peng Middle School (Secondary Section): around 16:25 on 19 June;
  3. Mong-Ha Sports Centre: around 16:40 on 19 June;
  4. Dom Bosco (Yuet Wah) Primary School: around 18:00 on 19 June;
  5. Venetian Cotai Arena A, B and C: around 19:00 on 19 June;
  6. Academy of Public Security Forces: around 19:25 on 19 June;
  7. Kiang Wu Hospital Auditorium: around 20:57 on 19 June;
  8. Kwong Tai Middle School: around 00:00 on 20 June;
  9. Macau Workers’ Children School (Kindergarten Section): around 03:00 on 20 June;
  10. Sino-Portuguese Technical Professional School – Indoor Sports Hall: around 07:33 on 20 June;
  11. Women’s General Association of Macau Multi-Service Building: around 10:45 on 20 June;
  12. Lam Kan Exhibition Gallery of Macao Polytechnic University: around 11:15 on 20 June;
  13. Kwong Tai Middle School: around 14:30 on 20 June;
  14. Macao Science and Technology University Hospital Stadium: around 15:20 on 20 June;
  15. Women’s General Association of Macau Multi-Service Building: around 15:25 on 20 June;
  16. Macau Workers’ Children School (Kindergarten Section): around 19:30 on 20 June;
  17. Macao Pui Ching Middle School: around 19:30 on 20 June
  18. Tap Seac Multiport Pavilion A: around 19:45 on 20 June;
  19. Women’s General Association of Macau Multi-Service Building: around 23:35 on 20 June;
  20. Escola Estrela do Mar: around 02:05 on 21 June;
  21. Macau Workers’ Children School (Kindergarten Section): around 03:14 on 21 June.

The Centre assures citizens who went to get tested at the above locations and times that there is no need to worry, and appeals to them to carry out self-health management properly. Meanwhile, they can conduct a rapid antigen self-test within two days following their sampling and upload the test result to the designated platform, or they can book an appointment for another free nucleic acid test through the following link: https://app.ssm.gov.mo/mandatoryrnatestbook.

Please note that the result of free NAT booked via the above link will not be uploaded to the Macao Health Code, nor can it be used for immigration purposes. Residents feeling unwell can visit the emergency service of hospital for follow-up.
