Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 SE is currently in effect. Tropical storm “Mulan” is expected to move towards the area of Hainan and the Leizhou Peninsula. As “Mulan” will move closest to Macao in the morning. the wind force in Macao may reach the lower bound of the wind force of typhoon signal No.8.
