The President of the Court of Final Appeal, Mr Sam Hou Fai, leads the presidents of the Court of Appeal and the Primary Court, judges of the Court of Final Appeal and the Court of Appeal as well as department heads and judicial officers of the judiciary to watch a live broadcast of the memorial service of the nation's former president, Mr Jiang Zemin, and observe three minutes of silence in sync with the ceremony's proceedings.
