Macao reports ten new cases of Influenza A (H1N1)


Macao reported 10 new Influenza A (H1N1) cases today, bringing the total number of such cases to 204. The 10 patients, three males and seven female, were aged between 11 and 23. Four of the patients attended a wedding on 29 July and developed flu symptoms the next day. Meanwhile, four other patients had recovered and were discharged from hospital today. There were still 22 patients receiving treatment. Macao’s pandemic alert remained at Level VI, Blue, which indicated that there were no fatal cases and the spread of the virus was moderate.
