“Macau Slow Food 2010 – Food Heritage of the Macanese”


The Institute For Tourism Studies, Macao will host the “Macau Slow Food 2010 – Food Heritage of the Macanese” on 14 May. The event is organized by the Tourism Event Management and Heritage Management Year 2 Students and supported by the IFT Student Union. The objective of the event is to promote the philosophy of Slow Food culture, as well as the food heritage in Macao. Date: 14 May, Friday
