Chief Executive sends his condolences to victims in the Philippines


The Chief Executive, Mr Chui Sai On today wrote to the Philippines Consul General in Macao to send his condolences to the victims of the super Typhoon Haiyan which swept the central part of the country last week, causing hundreds of deaths and displacing tens of thousands. Mr Chui also conveyed his sympathy to the Filipino community in Macao. He said the Government would closely monitor the rescue operations and pledged to provide support for the relief work.
