The Mount Fortress Garden, the Coloane Library, the Treasure of Sacred Art of St. Joseph’s Seminary and the Ox Warehouse, under the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC, from the Portuguese acronym), resume operation and reopen to the public.

In order to ensure the safety of the facilities, IC conducted inspections and cleaning works in all cultural facilities after the typhoon. Currently, most of the cultural facilities have resumed normal operation. Further inspections and maintenance works have to be carried in some specific cultural facilities, which will reopen to the public as soon as the relevant works are concluded. Certain areas in Mount Fortress Garden are still under maintenance, and therefore, restrictions may apply; IC asks for the understanding of residents and tourists. Additionally, the Heritage Exhibition of a Traditional Pawnshop Business is expected to reopen at the end of September after its facilities resume normal operation and the exhibits are repaired.
