"Young Dancers"
Two brand new photo albums – Elegant Orchids and Young Dancers - were uploaded today to the MSAR News app of the Government Information Bureau (GCS). The public is welcome to download the app, and appreciate the photographs in the albums via smartphones and other mobile devices. Elegant Orchids brings you images from the Spring Tropical Orchid Exhibition organised by the Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau which is currently open to the public until 10 May at the Taipa Houses Museum. This exhibition features up to 30,000 potted flowers, mostly orchids, from the Asian tropics. The main pavilion is designed like a natural forest to give visitors the feel of walking into a tropical orchid garden. Young Dancers captures fantastic moments of the 35th Inter-school Dance Competition organised by the Education and Youth Affairs Bureau. The performances by teams from secondary schools were particularly wonderful and very well received by the audience. Each album features 10 photo, by GCS photographer Ho Kuok Wai and will definitely provide you with an enjoyable visual experience.
