To fulfil the need of the citizens and effectively exercise the functions of the CCAC to receive complaints and reports at its branch offices, the Branch Office at Taipa of the CCAC will, starting from August, adjust its office hours to Monday to Friday from 2:30pm to 7:00pm (closed on public holidays). Launched in August 2009, the Branch Office at Taipa of the CCAC originally opens from Monday to Friday between 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Over the years, statistics showed that citizens mostly used the service of the Office before 7:00pm. Therefore, in order to better serve the citizens of Taipa, the new office hours of the Branch Office at Taipa will be effective in August. It will serve the citizens earlier at 2:30pm. Establishment of branch offices is a significant step taken by the CCAC to promote integrity building. Currently, the two branch offices are located at Taipa and Areia Preta. The Branch Office at Taipa is located at Rua de Nam Keng, Edf. Nova City, Bloco 4, r/c, Loja C, Taipa (beside Pooi To Taipa Kindergarten). U Wa, r/c (Tel: 2845 3636), opens from Monday to Friday between 9:00am to 7:00pm (no lunch break).
