Published by the Cultural Affairs Bureau and produced by 100 Plus Cultural Creative Development Ltd., the latest edition of the C2 magazine will be launched on 6 July. For this edition, local agencies and pop music production companies were invited to share their understanding and opinions on the development of the music industry in Macao. The number of pop music production companies has been rising in Macao in the last few years. “Feature” invites three local agencies and pop music production companies to share their opinion on the future of the music industry in Macao as well as discusses how to manage, explore and support local singers. In “Chit-Chat”, Bitetone, a Hong Kong independent music platform, discusses how indie music has been developing into a new mainstream in the industry. “Extravaganza” presents a grand occasion—La Biennale di Venezia, analysing how the event benefits local businesses. “Around the Globe” presents the well-known American TV series Game of Thrones, while “Blogs” columnists Ruby Chen, Eugenia Lo, Lam Fai, Ho Ka Cheng, SiSi Chang, Cheong Sio Pang and Lio Chi Heng describe their perspectives on art, culture and creativity.
