The performance Excerpts of “The Peony Pavilion”, integrated in the 27th Macao Arts Festival, organized by the Cultural Affairs Bureau, will be held this Saturday, 14 May, at the Mandarin’s House, classified a World Heritage site, allowing the audience to enjoy Tang Xianzu’s famous romantic play in a unique historical site. In view of this performance, the Mandarin’s House will be closed to the public on that day, and will resume its usual schedule on Sunday, 15 May. Residents and tourists should take note of such arrangements. The Mandarin’s House is open daily from 10am to 6pm, including on public holidays, and is closed on Wednesdays.
