The Commission Against Corruption (CCAC) has organised the “Promoting Honesty” video contest targeting secondary students and 15 entries from each of the Junior Secondary Group and the Senior Secondary Group were shortlisted and uploaded to the webpage of the contest in CCAC’s website (www.ccac.org.mo). From today onward till 25th March, all Macao citizens are welcomed to enter the website and click the hyperlinks of Youtube video to vote for the most favourite video by clicking the “Like” button. The entry with the most “Like” will be awarded the “Most Popular Video Award”. The contest received overwhelming response and the videos produced were overall unique and carried their own special characteristics. The participating teams managed to make flexible use of the scenarios in campus or their daily life from their point of views. Themes such as “fairness”, “incorruptibility”, “values about money” and “honesty and loyalty” were vividly displayed through the shots captured, so as to promote the message of honestly and law-abidingness. In addition, the jury, comprised of representative of the CCAC and professionals from Macao’s film and television industry, will select the three finalists and Merit Awards for each of the two groups from the entries shortlisted. Together with the “Most Popular Video Award” voted by the citizens, the list of awards will be uploaded to the CCAC’s website by end of this month and winning students will be notified of the prize collection.
