IACM starts resurfacing works on flyover of Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal and connecting roadways

The Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau (IACM) has started resurfacing works with asphalt on the flyover of Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal and the connecting roadways. The works mainly include resurfacing the damaged and uneven roadways with asphalt, replacing the catchpit and square manhole covers and levelling them at the same height as the road surface, as well as repairing facilities of the flyover, such as the joints and railings, in order to maintain road safety.

The work period will be about 40 working days. Control traffic measures will be carried out around the area during the work period. Drivers should pay attention to the situation of the roads and comply with the provisional traffic signs and instructions installed on roads. The IACM appeals for the understanding of residents for any inconvenience caused during the work period.
