Organized by the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC), the “Tap Siac Craft Market” will be held from 13 to 15 April and from 20 to 22 April 2018. Marking its 10thanniversary, the “Tap Siac Craft Market” will feature a total of 220 stalls, allowing local and overseas cultural and creative entities to showcase and sell their original brands and products. Stall registrations are now open and all interested parties are welcome to register. Applicants from Macao, Malaysia and Singapore are welcome to register until Tuesday, 13 March, at 5:45pm. For applicants from other regions, please visit the “Craft Market” page on Facebook (www.facebook.com/MacaoCraftMarket) for application details and deadline.

Inaugurated in 2008, the “Tap Siac Craft Market” has been a platform for local and overseas cultural and creative practitioners to showcase and sell their products, and has gradually become a local brand of cultural and creative market. On the occasion of the 10thanniversary of the “Tap Siac Craft Market”, IC launched the “10th Anniversary Programme” to celebrate with residents and called for proposals of a series of programmes, such as “stage performances” and “workshops”, which were well received from the public. IC is now processing the selection of entries in each category . The result of the selection will be announced on IC website and the Macao Cultural and Creative Industries Website.

Stall registration is free and can be made on behalf of a group or individually. If the number of eligible applications exceeds the original allocated quota, stall operation time will be assigned by drawing lots. Application forms are now available at the reception of the Cultural Affairs Bureau Building, located at the Tap Siac Square, Macao, or can be downloaded at IC’s website (www.icm.gov.mo) and the Macao Cultural and Creative Industries Website (www.macaucci.gov.mo).

Applicants must submit all required documents together with the completed application form to the Department for Promoting Cultural and Creative Industries of the Cultural Affairs Bureau (Cultural Affairs Bureau Building, Tap Siac Square, Macao) during the specific period of time stated in the Application Form. For enquiries, please contact staff members of IC, Ms. Lok through tel. no. (853) 8399 6292 or Ms. Wong through tel. no. (853) 8399 6255 during office hours.
