DSI introduced a brand new online service for application status enquiry
The Identification Services Bureau (DSI) introduced a brand new online service for application status enquiry on 30 April 2018, so as to provide convenience for citizens to obtain the information of their application status. In the first phase, the application status enquiry for the resident identity card, travel documents and the Certificate of Criminal Record was launched.
By entering the number of the application receipt and the date of application in the new online enquiry system (https://webservice.dsi.gov.mo/EnquiryService/index.jsp?lang=E), applicants can conduct instant checking of their application status and obtain specific status information. For example, application has been lodged successfully; application is in progress; submission of supplementary documents or verification of information is in progress; document has been produced; document has been collected and so on.
DSI will extend the above-mentioned online service for application status enquiry to other certificates in the following phase, and will continue to study to provide more convenient electronic services to Macao residents.
