Twenty-eighth issue of C2 discusses the development of Macao e-sports market

Published by the Cultural Affairs Bureau and produced by Like Entertainment & Production Co. Ltd., the twenty-eighth issue of C2Magazine will be released tomorrow (1 August). This issue discusses the development of Macao’s e-sports market and all citizens are welcome to take a look at it.

E-sports is booming in Macao. In the “Feature” section, local e-sports player, as well as representatives of the Macao E-Sports Federation and the 178Esports, were invited to share their views on the development of e-sports in Macao and explore the local e-sports industry.

In the “Extravaganza” section, the curation progress of the China and Portuguese-speaking Countries Film Festival is reported. Song Wen, producer of the opening film Wrath of Silence,together with local young director Chao Koi Wang, present and share in this column, from their perspective as filmmakers, how film festivals can help filmmakers grow and develop. The souvenir vending machines introduced by MEEET Macao have only been launched in the market less than a year ago, but several outlets have already been set up in Macao to provide tourists with a souvenir shopping experience that combines creativity and a colourful aesthetics. In the “Brand Story” section, the two founders of this project, Miquelina Hoi and Ken Ho, have been invited to talk about these automatic souvenir vending machines. In the “Blogs” section, seven columnists, namely Lo Che Ying, Tracy Choi, Lam Sio Man, Un Sio San, Ron Lam, Yap Seow Choong and Johnny Tam, share their unique perspectives on the development of the cultural and creative industries.

C2 is a bimonthly online trilingual magazine (in Chinese, Portuguese and English), issued on the first Wednesday every two months. The next issue will be launched on 3 October 2018.
