DSI will continue to provide basic public services
Due to the development of the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus, the Identification Services Bureau (DSI) located at China Plaza in Avenida de Praia Grande will continue to provide basic public services during the period 24th to 28st February 2020.
Citizens who intend to lodge applications at DSI can go to DSI’s website (www.dsi.gov.mo) to obtain the number tag of the day starting at 7 a.m. every day or make an appointment for lodging application. DSI will only distribute number tags on-site for urgent and special cases. All kinds of performance pledges will be suspended. Applicants will be notified of the document collection date by SMS. If there is not urgency, citizens are advised to postpone the relevant formalities.
Moreover, citizens who lodged applications and chose to collect documents or certificates at DSI located at China Plaza in Avenida de Praia Grande beforehand are advised to check the latest status of their application on DSI website before collecting their document.
All 24-hour self-services and online services for lodging applications will continue to maintain normal operations, but expedited services will not be available.
All public services of DSI’s service areas in the Macao Government Services Centre in Areia Preta (Zone R on 2nd Floor) and the Macao Government Services Centre in Islands (Zone D on 3rd Floor) will be suspended.
For enquiries, please contact DSI at 2837-0777 or 2837-0888, or email to info@dsi.gov.mo.
