Latest Arrangements of IPIM Public Services
Addressing the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia in the city, in order to minimise the possibility of infection while maintaining basic public services, the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) will be suspend the following services from 24 to 28 February :
- Application for borrowing IPIM’s temporary offices
- Application for borrowing IPIM’s Multi-functional Conference Halls
- Application for joining the Enterprise Marketing Seminar Incentive Programme
- Mainland commercial and legal consultation services
- Consultation services at IPIM’s Information Centre
- Portuguese-speaking Countries Food Exhibition Centre
- IPIM’s Representative Office in Hangzhou, Chengdu, Shenyang, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Wuhan (telephone enquire service will be available)
Aside from the above listed services, the rest of the services will be available during office hours

Arrangements for the Labour Affairs Bureau’s public services
Considering the development of the “novel coronavirus pneumonia” , in order to reduce the risk of disease spread and ensure essential services, the Labour Affairs Bureau will provide the following public services between 24 and 28 February:
1. Online employment registration, online recruitment registration, declarations to apply for unemployment benefit (enquiry tel.: 28722108; online appointment booking: dpe_1@dsal.gov.mo);
2. Limited services on labour rights and interests and employment agency licenses enquiry tel.: 28717810; online appointment booking: www.dsal.gov.mo);
3. Replacement for construction safety card, and enquiries on occupational safety and health opinions, physical examination of occupational health, and physical examination for minors before or after employment (enquiry tel.: 28717781/28719946; online appointment booking: www.dsal.gov.mo);
4. Collection of vocational training certificate, vocational skill certificate, construction safety card (collection point: Tai Peng Vocational Training Center; enquiry tel. for vocational training services: 82914888);
5. Limited services on applications regarding non-resident workers (*) and application result collection (enquiry tel.: 28336960);
6. Training classes, skill tests, and occupational safety and health classes / examinations are suspended; for the resumption of classes or examination arrangements, a notice will be given one week in advance.

Special Arrangement of Macao Postal Savings services from 17th to 21st February 2020
Due to the development of the novel coronavirus, CTT Macao would like to inform that the public service of Macao Postal Savings will resume from 17th to 21st February 2020 with the opening hour from 12:00 to 17:00.
The money transfer service of Western Union service is suspended during this period.

The home delivery service of EMS items continues to suspend, while CTT will phone to recipients to inform the location where they can go to pick up the EMS items.
The location for parcels pick up is Central Post Office with entrance in Rua da Sé. Both recipients of parcels or EMS items can use the “Track-and-Trace” service in CTT’s website to check the status of their mails http://www.ctt.gov.mo/MacauPost/Contents/MailTrack.aspx.
Please pay attention that there are delays in all services provides, in particular, the delivery of postal items
and delays will not be compensated during this period until further notice.

CCAC to remain basic services next week
The CCAC will remain basic services for the public between 24th and 28th February.
For the handling of declarations of assets and interests, the declarants whose declaration periods have already ended or end by 6th March will be given priority. The Declaration of Assets and Interests Division located on the 16th floor of “Centro Golden Dragon” will be open during office hours with a break from 1:00pm to 2:30pm.
The maximum number of declarants at the waiting lobby of the office at any one time will be limited to 15. Other declarants, after obtaining the tag number, will be required to wait outside the office for further notification from the staff. If the number of visiting declarants exceeds the maximum number allowed on that day, their declarations will be handled on the following day according to the tag numbers.

The Complaint Centre located on the 14th floor of “Dynasty Plaza” shall operate as normal during office hours. Residents may file reports or complaints to the Branch Office in Taipa between 2:30pm and 7:00pm from Monday to Friday. They may also call the CCAC’s Report Hotline at 2836 1212 to report illegal activities.
Any person, before entering the offices, must go through the temperature check, wear a face mask and submit a health declaration according to the instructions of the Health Bureau.
The Statistics and Census Service (DSEC) maintains basic statistical services
DSEC continues to conduct data collection work on a limited scale and maintains basic public services during the period of 24 to 28 of February.
Basic public services include:
1. Enquiries on statistical data
2. Enquiries on commodity codes for external trade

Special arrangement for payment of radiocommunications fee
Due to the development of the novel coronavirus and the suspension of some services, CTT Macao will
extend appropriately the due date for radiocommunications fee due and not yet paid during this period.
Clients can also pay fees not exceeding MOP30,000.00 through the online payment system on the
webpage https://telecommunications.ctt.gov.mo/epayment/fee/query.

Adjustment of Submission Deadline of Coordination Service Public Tender Document and Tender Opening Date for “2020 & 2021 Guangdong & Macao Branded Products Fair” and “Macao Franchise Expo 2020 & 2021”
Under the influence of the coronavirus epidemic, the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute now suspends its public services. As a result, the submission of public tender document for the coordination service of the “2020 & 2021 Guangdong & Macao Branded Products Fair” and the “Macao Franchise Expo 2020 & 2021” will be deferred to the first day of IPIM’s service resumption or until further notice; the date of tender opening will also be deferred to the workday following the tender document submission deadline.
