CCAC’s Report Hotline remains available. Deadline for declaration of assets and interests to be postponed.

Between 8th and 16th February, the CCAC’s Report Hotline at 28361212 will remain available for receiving complaints and reports and all external services will be suspended until further notice.

Due to the continuous outbreak of virus, the deadline for declaration of assets and interests will be postponed to the first working day after the suspension of service.


External Service Arrangement of Correctional Services Bureau ‪on 8 to 16 February‬‬

In line with the SAR Government’s measures to prevent and control the novel coronavirus, to avoid the gathering and movement of people and reduce the risk of the virus spreading, ‪on 8 to 16 February, the Correctional Services Bureau will provide emergency services only, and will suspend the following services:

  1. Coloane Prison suspends processing the applications for the permit for visiting an inmate, video visit to an inmate, appointment with a prison social worker and the certificate of imprisonment;
  2. All external services of the Correctional Services Bureau Service and Information Centre (address: Avenida da Praia Grande, China Plaza, 8º andar “A”, Macau) are suspended.

Members of the public wishing to apply for the permit for visiting an inmate, video visit to an inmate, appointment with a prison social worker, and the certificate of imprisonment, please visit http://www.dsc.gov.mo/siteen/web_opinion.aspx to lodge the applications online.

Special arrangement for services of CTT on 8th February

Due to the development of the novel coronavirus, CTT Macao would like to inform the underneath post
offices on 8th February will only accept the posting of parcels and EMS items, while all other services will
be suspended.

 General Post Office 10:00 – 13:00
 Red Market Post Office
 Nova Taipa Post Office

 

The home delivery service of EMS items continues to suspend, while CTT will phone to recipients to
inform the location where they can go to pick up the EMS items.

The location for parcels pick up is Central Post Office with entrance in Rua da Sé. Both recipients of
parcels or EMS items can use the “Track-and-Trace” service in CTT’s website to check the status of their
mails http://www.ctt.gov.mo/MacauPost/Contents/MailTrack.aspx.

The distribution of local letters and small packets, as well as the handling of these items to external
destinations continues to suspend. All items that have been received in post offices are kept in the Mail
Exchange Centre. The date to reinitiate the handling and distribution of these items will be notified later.

Special Arrangement 5 February Onwards – Suspension of Processing and Delivery of Local and Overseas Letters and Small Packets

Due to the development of the novel coronavirus, CTT Macao would like to inform starting from 5th of February, the distribution of local letters and small packets, as well as the handling of these items to external destinations is suspended. All items that have been received in post offices are kept in the Mail Exchange Centre. The date to reinitiate the handling and distribution of these items will be notified later. Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) Suspends Public Services

 

Addressing the epidemic caused by the new coronavirus in the city, the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) is attentively coordinating relevant disease control works. Starting from 5 February, all of IPIM’s public services and facilities will be suspended until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

All DSI public services will be suspended

Due to the development of the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus, all public services of the Identification Services Bureau (DSI) will be suspended during the period 5th to 7th February 2020.

In case of urgency, please contact DSI at 62088537 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.


Special Arrangement of Macao Postal Savings Services Starting from 5th February 2020

Due to the development of the novel coronavirus, CTT Macao would like to inform that Macao Postal Savings will change the opening hour to 12:00-16:00 starting from 5th February 2020.

 

The money transfer service of Western Union and loans service are closed during this period.
