Special arrangement for services of CTT Macao during 3rd to 8th February 2020

CTT Macao would like to inform that the underneath opening hour for post offices and Radioelectric Licensing Area on 3rd to 8th February 2020, while the other post offices, Philatelic Shop, eSignTrust Registration Authority and Macao Network Information Centre will be closed temporarily:

Furthermore, the money transfer service of Western Union in post offices is closed during this period.

Special Arrangement of Macao Postal Savings Services during 3rd to 7th February 2020

CTT Macao would like to inform that Macao Postal Savings will change the opening hour to 12:00-17:00 during 3rd to 7th February 2020.

The money transfer service of Western Union and loansserviceare closed during this period.

Correctional Services Bureau External Service Arrangement

Considering the development of the situation concerning the novel coronavirus cases, to reduce the risk of the disease spreading, the external services of the Correctional Services Bureau ‪on 3 to 7 February are arranged as follows:

1. Effective from 2 February, visits to the inmates of Coloane Prison and the juvenile delinquents held in the Youth Correctional Institution are suspended until further announcement.

2. ‪On 3 to 7 February, Coloane Prison will suspend processing the applications for the permit for visiting an inmate, the video visit to an inmate, the appointment with a prison social worker and the certificate of imprisonment. If necessary, members of the public can visit http://www.dsc.gov.mo/siteen/web_opinion.aspx to lodge applications for the abovementioned services online, or personally proceed to the Correctional Services Bureau Service and Information Centre (address: Avenida da Praia Grande, China Plaza, 8º andar “A”, Macau) to submit the applications.

3. The Correctional Services Bureau Service and Information Centre maintains the following services to the public:

  • Application for Permit for Visiting an Inmate
  • Application for Service of Video Visit to an Inmate
  • Application for Appointment with a Prison Social Worker
  • Application for Certificate of Imprisonment

4. The office hours of the Correctional Services Bureau Service and Information Centre are adjusted to ‪09:00-13:00 and ‪14:30-17:45 on 3 to 6 February, and ‪09:00-13:00 and 14:30-17:30 on 7 February.

博彩監察協調局2月3日至7日 暫停辦公室對外服務

因應新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情發展,根據第11/CE/2020號行政長官批示,博彩監察協調局為配合特區政府防疫措施,在本月3日至7日公共行政工作人員免除上班期間,設於中華廣場的辦公室之對外服務將會暫停。以下服務/申請,可透過其他方式提交/查詢︰

1. 自我隔離︰可繼續透過任何一間娛樂場提交申請或於負責任博彩資訊亭自助辦理,倘有任何疑問,可致電6660 9197查詢;

2. 抽獎活動︰僅接受網上、電郵及傳真提交申請,並以電子方式傳送獲批通知,倘有任何疑問,可致電8397 3352查詢;

3. 如有任何投訴或查詢,可致電2856 9262。


金融情報辦公室於2月3日至7日防疫期間關於提交可疑交易報告的安排

為配合澳門特區政府對“新型冠狀病毒肺炎”的防疫措施,減少人員流動和聚集,降低傳染病散播的風險,根據行政長官作出的批示,金融情報辦公室於2020年2月3日至7日暫停辦公,但網上可疑交易舉報系統則維持對外開放。如有任何查詢,請致電金融情報辦公室熱線電話(853)6590 5096或(853)6590 5097。


Anti-epidemic measures instituting by the Science and Technology Development Fund (FDCT)

In order to cooperate with the overall deployment of the Macao SAR Government’s anti-epidemic work; and to prevent the spread of the Novel Coronavirus, the FDCT releases the following convenience measures on any applications and reports submission related to the Science Research projects, the Science Popularization projects and the Science and Technology Award, effective from 1st February, 2020.

1. For Science Research and Science Popularization Projects

1.1 Registered entities can submit applications on the FDCT online funding application system within the application period, paper application materials are allowed for later submission upon further notice by the FDCT.

1.2 Unregistered entities who cannot apply through the FDCT online funding application system, are allowed to send your funding request and proposal to our email (saf@fdct.gov.mo) within the application period. The FDCT will take the received date as the submission date, and paper application materials will be requested upon further notice by the FDCT.

1.3 Any due annual reports or final reports of the projects, e-copies can be first sent to the email mentioned above. The FDCT will take the received date as the submission date. All the paper documents of the reports will be requested upon further notice by the FDCT.

1.4 Any requests for project extension or modification, please download the ‘Application Form for the Modification of Science Research Project / Promotion of Science Project’ from our website (www.fdct.gov.mo), complete and send to the email mentioned above.  You are entitled to be postponed for no longer than 90 days thereafter.

1.5 For other adjustments or inquiries of the funded projects due to the epidemic situation, please feel free to email (saf@fdct.gov.mo) or contact 853 85998193 / 28788777 during office hours for assistance.

2. For the Science and Technology Award Application

2.1 Reception of paper application documents of The 2020 Macao Science and Technology Award will be postponed until further notice by the FDCT.

2.2 For other inquiries of the Macao Science and Technology Award, please feel free to email (sedc@fdct.gov.mo) or contact 853 85998193 / 28788777 during office hours for assistance.

Reopen of the Maritime Museum

The Maritime Museum, which was temporarily closed to the public due to the impact of a typhoon earlier, reopens on September 26, 2018.


Special announcement: Identification Services Bureau will be closed on 17 September 2018 due to typhoon

Super Typhoon “Mangkhut” has caused great impact on Macao. In accordance with the “Despacho” of the Chief Executive on the exemption from work for the public administration, the Identification Services Bureau will be closed today (17 September 2018) and will resume normal operation tomorrow (18 September 2018).

Service Arrangement for Correctional Services Bureau on 17 September

The visiting service of Correctional Services Bureau’s Coloane Prison and Youth Correctional Institution will resume when Typhoon Signal No. 8 is cancelled. Public services including application and collection of the visiting permit and the certificate of imprisonment, appointments with social workers and services provided by the Correctional Services Bureau Service and Information Centre will be suspended on 17 September (Monday).
