How to apply

Application procedure and required supporting document

Applicants must submit in person the following supporting documents to the Government Information Bureau:

1. Fill in “Accreditation of correspondents” form, which can be downloaded online or obtained in person from the Government Information Bureau office;
2. A photocopy of identification documents (Present the original documents for verification);
3. A work certificate endorsed by employer;
4. A permit of stay; and
5. One recent 1.5-inch colour photograph in plain white background showing the applicant’s full frontal face and bareheaded.

Mondays to Thursdays:  9am to 1pm; 2.30pm to 5.45pm

Fridays: 9am to 1pm; 2.30pm to 5.30pm

Processing time

Application will be processed within 10 working days, counting from the day following receipt of a filled application form and other required documents. Results will be sent by mail.
