How to apply

Renewal period

On or before 31 January each year

Application procedure and required supporting document

  1. Submit in person the form sent by the Government Information Bureau, along with a work certificate endorsed by employer;
  2. A photocopy of identification documents (Present the original documents for verification);
  3. The application form can be downloaded online or obtained in person from the Government Information Bureau office.

Office hours:

Mondays to Thursdays:  9am to 1pm; 2.30pm to 5.45pm

Fridays: 9am to 1pm; 2.30pm to 5.30pm

Processing time

Application will be processed within 10 working days, counting from the day following receipt of a filled application form and other required documents. Results will be sent by mail.
