Remarks / Important Notes on Application 

Important notes:

1.     All applications are processed on a “first come, first served” principle;
2.     Target group of application: This form is used for applications made in the name of any non-profit entity, association, school or non-group in Macao. Individuals aged 3 to 70 can apply for participation in the activity, and any participant aged 12 or below must be accompanied by an adult. For non-group applications, at least one adult aged 18 or above must be present among the participants;
3.     Applicants are required to file applications 25 working days before the day of visit;
4.     Applicants should make arrangements for vehicles and purchase insurance on their own for the activity;
5.     Applications can only be accepted within 6 months.
