Remarks / Important Notes on Application
Important notes:
- Applications must be made in the name of school / organisation / association. There is no age limit for participants, but participants aged under 12 must be accompanied by adults;
- The number of participants in application for guided tour service must be 15 or above. If the number of participants exceeds 30, the Municipal Affairs Bureau will make corresponding arrangements;
- Applicants are required to complete the application form, have it stamped with the official school / organisation / association chop, and fax it to 2837 2062 or send it to ACR-DACRA/DACREC@iam.gov.mo, 15 working days in advance. All applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis;
- Guided tour service is mainly provided in Cantonese. Availability of guided tours in other languages depends on the human resources of the Municipal Affairs Bureau;
- When needing to change the date of the activity or cancel the relevant application, the applicant should notify IAM via e-mail or fax at least 3 working days before the activity;
- As Macao Tea Culture House is closed from 19 February 2024 due to renovation works, application for booking for guided tour service of the venue is also suspended. However, booking for guided tour service of Iong Sam Tong Pavilion is available as usual.
