How to process
Required Document:
1. Declaration for cancellation of respective license signed by the license holder;
2. Original or photocopy of International Vaccination Certificate;
3a. Legible photocopy of identity document(s) of the license holder or the authorized person; or
3b. Legible photocopy of the M7-Business Tax Form issued by the Financial Services Bureau; or
3c. Legible photocopy of the M8-Business Tax Form issued by the Financial Services Bureau.

3. Macao Municipal Kennel:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
4. Coloane Municipal Kennel:
Monday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (no lunch break, closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
