The applicants must take the remain of the pet(s) to Macao Municipal Kennel;
1. Application form (provide by Macao Municipal Kennel);
2. Contact information of the applicant (e.g. telephone Nº, address, etc).

Locations for processing the procedure and office hours
Location: Macao Municipal Kennel: Avenida do Almirante Lacerda, Macao.
Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

Application fee:
Retrieve the cremain with container (for each):
1) Pet which weight 20kg or less: MOP 500.00;
2) Pet which weight more than 20kg: MOP 1,000.00.

Processing time: 30 working days

Important note: If the respective pet dog has license, applicant shall, at the same time, apply for its cancelation.
