How to process
Documents required to be submitted:
1. Complete the application form (027/DM/DIS). The form can be obtained free of charge from markets, the Integrated Services Centre and the Public Services Centres, or it can be downloaded from the IAM website;
2. One clear photocopy of the valid Macao SAR resident identification document (with both sides of the document photocopied on the same page).

Time for processing：Completion of processing of application for cancellation of market stall rental within 30 working days
Remarks/ points to note for application
Important note:
1. If a market stall tenant intends to terminate the lease contract before the end of the valid period of the contract, he/she is required to notify IAM in writing at least 90 days in advance;
2. If a tenant terminates the contract within the first year of the valid period of the contract, the tenant will lose the paid security deposit and be prohibited from rental of stalls again within one year counting from the day of termination of the contract.
