How to process
Required Document: 1. Application form (027/DM/DIS);
2. One clear photocopy of the valid Macao SAR resident identification document (with both sides of the document photocopied on the same page).
Documents to be presented: The original identification document of the applicant is required to be produced.

Fees
Application fee:
1. Application for business suspension of stall by tenant: No charge required.
2. Issue of certificates: Charges are made in accordance with the current Fees, Charges and Prices List of IAM stipulated in Chief Executive Writ of Instruction no. 319/2016.
Form fee: Not Applicable.
Stamp Duty: For issue of assistant certificates, charges are made in accordance with the current Fees, Charges and Prices List of IAM.

Time required for processing
Processing time: 1. Completion of processing of application for general business suspension by market stall tenant within 10 working days;
2. Issue of market stall tenant certificates within 15 working days.
Remarks/ points to note for application
Important note: Depending on the actual circumstances, IAM may request the stall tenants to submit other required documents.
