How to process

Required Document:

1. Complete the application form (016/DV/DIS) which can be obtained in IAM’s Integrated Services Centre and Public Services Centres free of charge or downloaded from IAM’s website.
2. A legible photocopy of valid Macao Resident Identity Card (to be affixed onto the application form)

1. Application Period: throughout the entire month of January, April, July and October;
2. Result of Application: to be announced before or on the 26th of the month following the application period

Important note: Applicants can have access to the regulations governing the application and “Notes for Successful Applicants” through the notice board of Centro de Serviços, Centros de Prestação de Serviços ao Público, the Department of Health and Supervision Inspection and Control and via IAM’s website.

Relevant standards or requirements

Holders of valid Resident Identity Card of MSAR who are aged from 18 are eligible applicants.or hold a valid hawker licence

Progress enquiry and obtaining result of service

Consultation of progress:During the relative period, applicants can obtain the result on the notice board of Centro de Serviços, Centros de Prestação de Serviços ao Público, the Department of Health and Supervision Inspection and Control and via IAM’s website.
