How to process
Required Document:
- A legible photocopy of water, electricity or telephone bill (within the last six months) bearing the residential address of the applicant;
- 4 recent colour photos in size 1.5 inch;
- A legible photocopy of the valid identity document(s) of every family member of the applicant who are under the same economic system;
- A recent photo of every family member of the applicant who are under the same economic system.
Documents to be presented: Present the original valid Macao Resident Identity Card of the applicant.

Remarks/ points to note for application
Important note:
- As stipulated by Paragraph (1) of Clause (1) of Article 2 of Chief Executive Order No. 268/2003, the fee payable for the issuance of annual license is calculated pro rata to the number of complete months in between the issuing date and the end of that calendar year;
- In accordance to Clause (2) of Chief Executive Order No. 199/2023, applicants are exempted from payment of the fee for hawker license for year 2024.
