1. When can the temporary license for selling incense and pinwheels during traditional festivals and the temporary license for selling fireworks and firecrackers be applied for? Are applicants required to fill in a form when filing an application?

Applicants who apply for vending licenses are required to complete the form provided by IAM. The announcement is usually made between November and December each year in the form of a notice. Those who are interested can pay attention to the newspaper or the IAM website during the mentioned period.


2. Who are eligible for application for temporary license for selling incense and pinwheels during traditional festivals or the temporary license for selling fireworks and firecrackers?

All individuals who hold a Macao Resident Identity Card and are aged 18 or above are eligible for application.


3. How do applicants apply for the temporary vending stalls in the Taipa Flea Market?

There are 2 sessions of the Taipa Flea Market each year with about 5 months per session. Applications are usually accepted in June and November. (Applicants are required to complete the form provided by IAM and submit it to the Integrated Services Centre and Public Services Centres of IAM during the designated period. For details, please refer to the participation rules announced then.)


4. When can applicants know the result of application?

The date of public ballot / bid and the date of announcement of ballot result are announced at the same time when applications are accepted. In addition, successful applicants must bring the required documents about the activity and the license fee and visit the Integrated Services Centre or the Public Services Centres of IAM during the designated period to go through the formalities concerned.
