Processing time: Approval of the application within 15 working days (The pledged response time is counted from the following day after all required documents for the activity application are received.)
Remarks/ points to note for application
Important note:
- The relevant application must be made between 30 and 90 days before the date of activity.
- The application letter must be signed by the person in charge of the association and stamped with the seal of the relevant association.
- Applications for change of date or time of the activity must be made at least 15 days in advance.
Relevant standards or requirements
If the temporary vending location is in the lane on a public road, IAM will only issue a license after an applicant has provided the document concerning traffic controlled measure of the road section issued by the Transport Bureau.
