1. How many deceased persons can be buried in an ordinary tomb?
Each ordinary tomb can only be used for the burial of remains of one deceased family member or relative. Burial of bone remains or ashes is not allowed
2. Is it necessary for the deceased family member or relative to be exhumed? When should the exhumation work be carried out?
Yes, it is necessary. The exhumation work is required to be carried out 7 years after the date of burial. Within 3 months prior to the expiry of the 7-year period, the person concerned is required to select a date for the exhumation to be carried out from the 6-month period after the expiry.
