Application for Change of Other Information about License (Change of Number of Employees / Change of Business Hours of Establishment / Change of Establishment Address)

How to Process

Deadline for application: Not applicable

Processing procedure and required document:

1. Application form (Form A) (The form can be obtained free of charge from the One-stop Licensing Service for Food and Beverage Establishments of IAM or downloaded from the IAM website www.iam.gov.mo.) The applicant is required to sign on each page of the downloaded form.

Notes:

(1)   The Division of Administrative Licensing may request the provision of other required information depending on the actual situation;

(2)   If the identification document of the applicant (including individual and legal person) has been updated, a clear photocopy is required to be submitted upon application.

Document to be produced: The original or notarised copy of the identification document which bears the signature of the applicant or the legitimate representative is required to be produced.


Location and Office Hours for Processing the Service

Division of Administrative Licensing: Avenida da Praia Grande, n.os 762-804, Edifício China Plaza, 2.º andar, Macau (One-stop Licensing Service for Food and Beverage Establishments)

Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (no lunch break, closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)


Fees

Not applicable


Time Required for Approval

15 working days counting from the day when all documents for application are submitted and relevant requirements are fulfilled. In case of a need to consult other entities for comments, that period is not included in the time for approval.


Remarks / Important Notes on Application

1. The person concerned can make the application in person or authorise a representative to make the application;

2. For processing application formalities online, please log in to “Macao One Account” or the online platform www.iam.gov.mo/onestop-fnb/e/inquire/inquireinfo.aspx (Applicants who process the application formalities online must have an (individual or entity) account of “Macao One Account”. Applicants can make enquiries about the progress of service application via the thematic website for food and beverage establishments in addition to using “Macao One Account” for enquiries. For details, please refer to www.gov.mo/pt/services/ps-1047/.);

3. If the applicant is an individual, the original identification document is required to be produced for verification upon application;

4. If the applicant is a legal person, the application form is required to be signed by the legitimate representative and the original identification document is required to be produced for verification. Moreover, a photocopy of the valid Business Registration Certificate is required to be submitted (exemption for companies registered at the Commerce and Movable Property Registry of Macao).

Method for collecting result of service

1. In person

Bring the receipt and produce the original identification document of the person collecting the result.

2. Downloading license from Internet

During the valid period of the License for Food and Beverage Establishments, the license holder may download the latest license via “Macao One Account” on his or her own. (A license holder who downloads the license from the Internet must have an (individual or entity) account of “Macao One Account”. For details, please refer to: www.gov.mo/pt/services/ps-1047/.)
