Application Deadline
The registration must be completed prior to the importation or exportation of controlled goods, or goods subject to special regimes, sanitary quarantine or for which application for certificate of origin is needed.
Application Methods
- E-mail (address: dce@dsedt.gov.mo);
- In-person;
- Apply simultaneously with electronic customs declaration service platform user registration
Required Documents
- Duly completed Registration Form for Controlled External Trade Operations (provided by the department in charge or download online);
- Photocopy of identity document of the applicant;
- Power of attorney (if any) or declaration and photocopy of identity document of the signatory if signed by a designated third party.
