1. As stipulated in the legislation, a company that carries out transshipment activity must have a capital of not less than MOP 1,000,000.00. Does it need to be paid by lump sum?

According to Decree-Law no. 7/96/M of 29 January, and Administrative Regulation no. 8/2005 of 17 June, applicant companies must possess capital of not less than MOP1,000,000, of which at least half must be immediately available and the remaining amount must be paid up within a maximum of three years.
