How to Apply

Application Deadline

Macao enterprises that have already obtained a Macao Service Supplier Certificate can apply for an unlimited number of additional copies of the certificate for the same service sector upon meeting the following criteria:

1. The application is lodged to the DSEDT within 3 months from the date the enterprise obtains the certificate for the first time;
2. The structure and operation of the applicant enterprise conform to the information provided in the first submission.

Application procedures and required documents

1. Online application
   1. Applicants are required to apply for an entity account of Macao One Account (hereafter MOA) from the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP). After logging in to the DSEDT’s system with the MOA account, select the needed online application service through “Administrative Services – e-Services – Online Application”;
   2. Application can be submitted after completing the form online and uploading the required document(s).
2. In-person application
   Application documents for this service can be submitted by the applicant or his/her proxy at the Regional Cooperation Information Centre or any one of the document collection points.

Necessary documents

1. Duly completed Macao Service Supplier Certificate Application Form;
   1. Online application: Complete the form through “Administrative Services – e-Services – Online Application”;
   2. In-person application: The application form can be obtained at the Regional Cooperation Information Centre or downloaded at the DSEDT website or CEPA website.
2. Duly certified declaration with attestation stamp; (the declaration form can be obtained at the Regional Cooperation Information Centre or downloaded at the DSEDT website or CEPA website)
3. Copy of identification document of the applicant/declarant
4. Copy of the Service Supplier Certificate issued for the first time
