Service Overview

Scope of Service

Under Article 200 of the Copyright and Related Rights Code approved by the DecreeLaw no. 43/99/M (amended by Law no. 5/2012 of April 10), the Economic and Technological Development Bureau should issue the registration certificate of collective management agency of copyright and related rights upon request of an applicant.

Service Target and Eligibility

Any individual or body corporate.

Service Results　

For application fulfilling the legal requirements, the Registration Certificate of Collective Management Agency of Copyright and Related Rights will be issued.
