How to apply
Formalities and required documents
When applying for public area and facilities maintenance of a building partially owned by the SAR government, the real estate management agency must submit the following documents to the Financial Services Bureau:
- An application letter that contains the reason for the maintenance, the contact person information and the contact phone number;
- Price quotation for the maintenance works.

Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 1:00pm, 2:30pm – 5:45pm
Friday: 9:00am – 1:00pm, 2:30pm – 5:30pm

Free of charge
Time needed for approval
Fifteen (15) working days (to be counted from the next working day) after receipt of all necessary documents. (Performance Pledge).
Remarks / Reminders on application
Payment notice should be submitted to The Financial Services Bureau after the maintenance work is finished.
