Content of service
In accordance with the payment schedule stipulated in the land concession contracts signed between RAEM and the respective land concessionaire, the concessionaire should request the issuance of the “Guia de pagamento modelo M/B” payment form in order to settle the land concession premium and any applicable overdue interest. Certification of such payments may be made via application of same.

Land concessionaire of RAEM
Application Eligibility
Land concessionaires with contractual obligation to land concession premium, or requiring certification of the relevant payment.
Result of service
Issuance of “Guia de pagamento modelo M/B” payment form in name of the land concessionaire, or the issuance of certification of payment of the land concession premium as requested by the land concessionaire.
