How to Apply

Time limit for application: If the valid licence is lost or damaged, the licence holder shall apply for reissue as soon as possible.

Application Procedures and Required Documents:

The licence holder is required to write an application letter, which must contain the name of the licence holder, the licence number, the name of the business premise and state the reason for reissue of licence (loss or damage), with the licence holder’s signature/seal and the application date;

Except in the case that the licence is lost, the damaged licence shall be returned to the Labour Affairs Bureau.

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 13:00; 14:30 – 17:45
Friday: 09:00 – 13:00; 14:30 – 17:30

Fees

MOP1,000.00

Payment can be made by Macau Pass or MPay or in the form of bills and both a bank crossed cheque and a cashier’s order are acceptable, which shall be payable to “Fundo de Segurança Social” (the Social Security Fund).

Remarks/Notes for Application

The validity period of the reissued licence shall be identical to that of the original.


Service Result Collection

Methods of Service Result Collection: In person, by post or download the digital licence through the Common Access to Public Services of the Macao SAR (Entity) electronic platform.

Presenting the identity card is required during collection (only the fee-charging employment agencies are required to pay the fees).
