Performance Pledge

  1.  Applying for the “Occupational  Safety Card Courses” – to be received within 15 minutes
  2.  Issuing an attendance notice for the “Occupational  Safety Card Courses” – to be issued within 15 minutes

In the circumstance when an applicant brings all required documents or information, completes the application form and selects the class. Group application has separate arrangement.
