How to apply
Required Documents
- Application letter filled in by the employer (the application letter can be downloaded from the DSAL website).
- Consent form filled in by each of the minors (the agreement form can be downloaded from the DSAL), photocopy of a valid identity document for each of the minors (should the minor be below 16 years of age, a photocopy of the identity document of his/her legal representative must also be submitted).
