Application for deadline extension of employment for the minimum required number of resident workers

Introduction:

Enterprises authorized to hire non-resident workers must comply with and maintain the minimum number of local workers stated in the employment permit. If local workers leave the enterprise, their replacement should take place within 15 days. If the enterprise is unable to complete the replacement within that period, a duly substantiated request must be submitted to the Labour Affairs Bureau within five days after the above-mentioned period, applying for an extension.
