Complaints against Insurance institutions, insurance intermediaries or private pension fund management companies can be made through letters, faxes, emails and/or in person to the Insurance Supervision Department of the Monetary Authority of Macao.

Written reply will be given to the complainant informing the handling situation within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint (Performance Pledge).
