Reissue of Slip of Authorization to Stay / Residence Authorization

How to apply

Time of Application: No time limit.

Application Procedures and Documents Required:

  1. Application Approach:
    Persons who have lost the Slip go to the application locations in person to apply for reissue of the Slip.
  2. Documents to be Presented:
    Original of the valid passport / travel document or identification document used for entry to Macao.

    Persons who have lost the Slip of Authorization to Stay / Residence Authorization go to the application locations in person or use the self-service kiosks for reissue of the Slip.
  2. Documents to be Presented:
    Original of the valid passport / travel document or identification document used to apply for the Authorization to Stay / Residence Authorization and original of the Macao Non-permanent Resident Identity Card (if any).
