1. Is it necessary for inpatients to bring their daily necessities to the hospital?

Pyjamas will be provided to inpatients by the hospital while basic personal necessities should be brought along by the patients (such as towels, toothbrush, slippers and cleaning supplies, etc); Patients are advised not to bring valuables into the hospital. The hospital will bear no responsibility for any loss of valuables that might occur.


2. I want to apply for a certificate of hospitalization. What are the procedures involved?

If the patient needs a hospitalization certificate, please notify our staff during the admission process or during hospitalization; For the case in which a family member is needed to accompany the patient for hospitalization, the doctor will issue an accompany certificate according to the needs.


3. Does the hospital provide meals?

1.    Inpatients will be provided with daily breakfast, lunch and dinner; special arrangements will be made under special circumstances and dietitians’ guidance;

2.    Chinese food, western food, vegetables, rice porridge, soft rice and liquid food are served in the hospital;

3.    For sake of the patient’s health, the medical personnel have the right to forbid him/her to have outside food, depending on the patient’s physical condition;

4.    If the patient asks for special arrangements for religious belief or dietary reasons, his/her family is allowed to bring the required food in, provided that it does not affect the patient’s health. Please ask the hospital for assistance if necessary.


4. How can patients settle their payment upon discharge?

1.Payment should be made within the specified period of time after the patient receives a payment notice; please hand the receipt of guarantee deposit of hospital admission over to the staff of the Treasury Section for settlement at the time of discharge;

2. Payment Methods

  •  Pay by cash or credit card
  • Office Hours: Treasury Section (at one side of the hospital lobby)
  • Non-Office Hours: Emergency Registration Counter (Emergency Service Building)

3. After the payment is settled, please take the receipt back to the ward, present it to the nurse on duty and reclaim the patient’s belongings, medicines and related documents;

4. For any belonging deposited in the department/unit of our hospital, please bring along the identification documents and take the belongings back during office hours. After discharge form hospital, the unclaimed clothing will be treated as waste. Other belongings and identification documents will be sent to the relevant authorities according to relevant legal provisions.
